Reach project seeks to strengthen the social fabric by fortifying and establishing positive educational values, and leading dialogue between students, their parents and teachers in schools and with their families at home and in the community to enhance the positive environment to preserve the individual and collective identity of the Jerusalemite community, and contribute to improving academic achievement and educational excellence in schools. The project also provides training for teachers and parents to help them deal with negative behaviors. The project contributes to improving the quality of education and changing the traditional educational system to a system based on sound principles and values.
The training program focuses on the subject of taking responsibility and relying on the positive self, the ability to be patient, endure and strong in the face of life and academic difficulties and accepting others with respect and kindness, the ability to share and dedicate themselves to work and cooperate with the group, and leadership and influence that depends on a strong, distinguished and confident personality that has positive thoughts and feelings towards itself and those around it at school, home and in the community. In addition to entertainment, harmony and adaptation with colleagues, employing talents and abilities and raising their academic achievement and educational excellence.
