Al Rajaa launched the "Dilni" educational campaign, which is part of the Qiyam project, as it was organized as a result of the high level of violence in schools and the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on students. This high level of violence has been observed by educational communities and schools, where verbal and physical violence is affecting students and teachers alike, and the campaign has been directed towards understanding the causes of this violence and working to mitigate its effects, as well as understanding the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on students.

During the campaign, emphasis was placed on raising awareness of the educational and educational system in Jerusalem about the importance of dealing with violence and providing positive strategies and alternatives to reduce violence in schools. The campaign aims to build and promote positive educational values and control students' behaviors, as well as create a violence-free society and empower students to be active members of society positively.
