Women are a support and a backer for forming a family with an influential and distinguished entity in Palestine in general, and women in Jerusalem in particular need development, growth and training in order to become influential and have a positive impact on themselves, raise their children and support their families and the society varound them. There is no doubt that women in the Jerusalem community are marginalized and there are no institutions that care for them, which results in many personal, psychological and social challenges, from the absence of a positive mental image, weak self-management and exposure to family and life pressures, due to the absence and weakness of proper upbringing, weak compatibility and harmony with oneself, family and society, weak available capabilities and potentials, and a lack of a sense of stability and harmony with the surrounding society, which makes her need development and training to refine her personality to be a daughter, wife and mother who enjoys personal traits and characteristics and family and familial circumstances.
Therefore, the “Share your Morning Coffee” project, organized by Al-Rajaa Foundation, hosted and presented by the international consultant and trainer in human development, Dr. Akram Othman, contributes to the rehabilitation, training, and psychological, personal, and social empowerment of women in Jerusalem, in order to prepare a positive generation of women who possess sound values, orientations, and mental, personal, behavioral, and social skills, and who possess the ability to deal with themselves and their social environment.
