Leaders: Leadership Skills Development Project

The Leaders Project, funded by the Turkish Reading Time Foundation, works to form a group of 17 pioneers within the age group of 13-15 years, and invest in them over 8 months with a set of activities that aim to provide an educational nursery that contributes to creating young leaders from different areas of the city of Jerusalem, and developing students in the skills of self-discipline, self-motivation, flexibility, goal setting, enhancing self-confidence and self-awareness, in addition to developing communication and conflict resolution skills and enhancing the pioneers' ability to engage socially and training in problem-solving skills.
