Al Rajaa International Camp concluded its events in Jordan after a special week combining the development of personal skills, leadership and exceptional adventures. The camp was designed to give participants an integrated experience, combining practical learning with field activities and the camp's focus on enhancing leadership skills, developing teamwork and self-reliance.
Activities were diverse and challenging, with participants trained in mapping orientation and planning skills, enhancing their ability to make critical decisions in difficult field conditions. The events also included climbing challenges in different environments, which contributed to building the team's spirit and strengthening trust among participants through joint action to overcome obstacles.
Besides physical challenges, the camp included workshops specialized in developing leadership skills and taking responsibility, focusing on how to manage the team and make decisions under pressure. These skills were practically tested through a unique adventure experience, including rope descent from the rock slopes of Rum Valley, which in turn combined courage and focus, and deepened participants' experience in meeting challenges.
Not only did the experience learn, but the camp provided participants with the opportunity to immerse themselves in Jordan's culture and history. They lived the traditional Bedouin life experience in Wadi Rum, stayed in Bedouin tents and enjoyed tours of the Jeeps, concluding their day by observing the stars under the enchanting desert sky. Activities also included educational tours of archaeological sites such as Qal 'at Ajloun and Garash monuments, adding a deep cultural dimension to the experience.
At the end of the week, participants enjoyed a tour of the capital, Amman, where they discovered aspects of local culture and enjoyed shopping within the city's vibrant atmosphere.
