About The Camp:
Al Rajaa Organization seeks to enhance educational quality in Jerusalem schools by launching its various programs aimed at developing students' academic and personal skills. In this context, Al Rajaa launched the preparatory camp for the team of trainers under the name "Educational Excellence Camp" in Jordan, which is an essential step in preparing and qualifying trainers to successfully achieve the goals of the institution.
The camp spanned 7 days with the participation of a selection of instructors and educational advisers. The camp provided the opportunity for trainers to acquire the skills and knowledge necessary to deliver programmes with the highest level of efficiency and professionalism and increase effectiveness at all levels by developing more equitable methods to evaluate the success of trainers with their students in the classroom.

The Educational Excellence Camp sought to empower and qualify a team of trainers of the Al Raj Foundation to ensure the delivery of effective and distinct educational programmes in Jerusalem schools. The program also focused on improving leadership capabilities, promoting teamwork and developing innovative educational strategies that contribute to achieving outstanding educational outcomes.
