Al Rajaa Organization in Jerusalem has concluded its Future Skills Projects, following an educational journey that combined field experiences with interactive training. The projects targeted boys and girls aged 12 to 17, providing a dynamic space for fostering awareness, strengthening identity, and developing 21st-century skills essential for today’s world.
Throughout the program, participants engaged in diverse learning pathways designed to broaden their horizons and enhance their personal growth. Hadara introduced boys to the world of technology, critical thinking, and creativity. Diyar enabled girls to explore the field of tourism guidance while connecting with the richness of Palestinian cultural heritage. Leaders focused on building leadership, responsibility, and teamwork among boys, while Muhtawa offered girls an opportunity to express themselves through media and digital content creation.
The projects’ blend of field trainings, interactive sessions, and educational tours created an authentic educational experience that connected knowledge with practice and made learning both meaningful and enjoyable. These experiences also nurtured essential values such as collaboration, critical thinking, and creativity, equipping participants with skills to engage constructively in their communities.
The conclusion of the Future Skills Projects marks an important milestone in Al Rajaa Organization’s ongoing mission to prepare a proactive generation in Jerusalem—young people who possess the confidence, identity, and tools needed to contribute effectively to society and to build their future with a spirit of belonging and innovation.
